Terms & Conditions phdream Malaysia –
Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and phdream ("Platform", "we", "the company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the phdream platform, including Sports Betting, live casino, jackpot slots, blackjack, Baccarat, and all other available services.

By clicking the "Register" button, entering your login credentials, or simply browsing the phdream platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the phdream platform will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by phdream.

To be eligible to register and use the phdream platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list from any responsible gambling programme.
• Registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Not representing any unauthorised business entity in the use of the phdream platform.

The phdream account registration process requires you to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) phdream account at any one time.
• A registered account is for personal use only and may not be transferred to another individual.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream account password and login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account, unless unauthorised access is proven.
• Immediate reporting to phdream support is required if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Phdream reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant documents. Failure to comply with KYC requests may result in account suspension or termination.

All financial transactions on the phdream platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). phdream supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all of which are recognised Malaysian payment options:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Digital Transfer: DuitNow (QR and Transfer)
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Connect

Deposit limits and conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for each transaction.
• Deposits will be credited to your phdream account within 2–5 minutes after payment confirmation.
• Phdream does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal limits and conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 for each transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (for fraud prevention purposes).
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain amount may require additional identity verification.

Phdream offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirements that must be met before winnings from a bonus may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 35x depending on the bonus type. Check the specific terms of each offer on the phdream Promotions page.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member / household / IP address / device, unless stated otherwise.
• Phdream reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus found to have been misused or claimed fraudulently.
• Bonus expiry: each bonus has its own validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.

All bets placed on the phdream platform — whether on Malaysia Super League football, the EPL, BWF badminton, MLBB esports, blackjack, baccarat, jackpot slots, or any other game — are subject to the following general rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be reversed, unless phdream issues a specific announcement regarding match cancellations or technical failures.
• Phdream reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical fault or system failure during gameplay, phdream reserves the right to declare the affected wager void, and the wagered amount will be refunded to the member's account.
• For Sports Betting, the official results used are those recognised by the relevant governing body (Football Association of Malaysia, BWF, etc.).
• For casino games, the audited RNG (Random Number Generator) output is final and cannot be disputed.

Phdream maintains a complete record of all bets and transactions. Members can access their betting history at any time through the "Account History" section within the phdream platform.

Use of the phdream platform is subject to clear behavioural limits. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Opening or using multiple phdream accounts.
• Use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence, or any program that manipulates phdream's systems.
• Collusion between players to manipulate phdream's gaming systems, including in live table games.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the phdream platform.
• Money laundering or the transfer of funds from illegal sources through the phdream platform.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Any attempt at hacking, cyberattack, or activity that could compromise the security of the phdream platform.
• Use of a phdream account for commercial or business purposes without written authorisation.

Whether initiated by the member or by phdream, an account may be terminated or suspended under the following circumstances:

Termination by Member:

• Members may close their phdream account at any time by contacting the support team.
• Before closing your account, ensure all active bets have been settled and your balance has been withdrawn.
• Closed accounts cannot be reopened within 30 calendar days.

Suspension or Termination by phdream:

• Violation of any rule set out in these Terms & Conditions.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Self-exclusion request due to problem gambling.
• Fraud, harmful conduct, or activities that violate applicable laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, phdream shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the phdream platform.
• Service interruptions or failures caused by factors beyond phdream's control, including internet disruptions, third-party infrastructure failures, or natural disasters.
• Betting outcomes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information obtained from external sources.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

Phdream reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the phdream platform.

It is the responsibility of every phdream member to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the phdream platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
